Article 1: Who we are
The website altystick.be is operated by Altystick, the trade name of Sasha Belliard, a sole proprietorship registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0768.529.515 (VAT BE0768529515).
Address: Avenue Louise 167, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. Phone: +32 490 46 85 19. Email: contact@altystick.be.
Article 2: Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the website. Your orders are also governed by our terms of sale; for anything relating to an order, those take precedence.
By using the website, you declare that you have the capacity to enter into a contract: you are of legal age, or you act with the consent of your legal representative.
Article 3: Use of the website
You agree not to use the website or our products for unlawful purposes, and not to send us any content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others.
We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason: unlawful or infringing content, unusable file, suspected fraud or an ongoing payment dispute. Any amount already paid is then refunded to you.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell or exploit all or part of the website without our written consent.
Article 4: Information on the website
We take care that the information on the website is accurate: descriptions, previews and prices. Previews in the configurator are a simulation; there may be slight colour differences between your screen and the print.
If an obvious error has slipped into a price or a description, we let you know before producing your order, and you can then cancel it free of charge.
Article 5: Prices and changes to the website
Prices are shown in euros. For consumers, they include Belgian VAT; shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices and the website at any time. The price of an order always remains the one displayed when you confirmed it.
Article 6: Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If there is a problem, please write to us first at contact@altystick.be: we always look for an amicable solution. The available remedies are set out in the article “Disputes and applicable law” of our terms of sale.
