Protection of personal data (GDPR)

Data controller: Sasha Belliard (Altystick), Avenue Louise 167, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, CBE 0768.529.515, contact@altystick.be.

Data collected: customer account information (name, email address, phone, delivery and billing addresses), order and invoice details, the files you send us for your stickers, messages sent through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or the chat, and the browsing data described in the Cookies section below.

Purposes and legal bases: processing and delivering your orders, invoicing (performance of the contract); keeping accounting records (legal obligation); answering your requests and customer service through the chat, the form or email (pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract); website security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest); website audience measurement (only with your consent).

Recipients: your data is only shared with the service providers needed for the service, acting on our behalf: secure payment (Stripe: bank cards and Bancontact), delivery (bpost, Mondial Relay), accounting and invoicing (Odoo), hosting of the website and of our mailbox (Hostinger). Some of them may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are then covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.

Retention periods: your account as long as it is active; invoices and accounting records 7 years (Belgian legal obligation); contact form and chat messages 3 years after the last exchange; your sticker files as long as needed for production and any reorder.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to contact@altystick.be; we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise audience measurement. Until you have given your consent, only strictly necessary cookies are set.

Necessary cookies (always active): signing in to your account, basket, display language and payment security (Stripe). Your consent choice is stored for six months in your browser.

Audience measurement (with your consent): the website measures its own visits, without any external tool or advertising cookie. This data is deleted after 24 hours.

Chat: the conversation you open with the workshop is kept as a file of our customer service.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page or on the Privacy and cookies page. Refusing never prevents you from browsing or ordering on the website.

Site audience measurement

If you accept it (banner at the bottom of the screen), the site records your visit: a random identifier specific to the tab, forgotten when it is closed, the pages viewed, the type of device, the display language, the site you came from and, in the configurator, the current settings (shape, material, size, quantity, price) with the uploaded design (a thumbnail and the original file), so that the workshop can help you live while you create; only the Altystick team can access it, and it is deleted with the visit. If you are logged in, your first name is linked to it.

This information is used solely by the Altystick team to understand how the site is used and to help you live; it stays on our server (hosted by Hostinger), is not passed on to any other recipient, no external tool is used, and it is deleted after 24 hours. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, with no consequence for your use of the site. Your choice is kept for six months in your browser.

Your current choice: not chosen yet.

Chat and customer service

When you write to us through the chat, the contact form or by e-mail, we keep your first name, your e-mail address, your messages, the attachments you send and, if you mention it, the order concerned. Together they form a file in our customer service, consulted only by the Altystick team to reply to you and follow up on your request.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (follow-up of your order). This data is only shared with our website and mailbox hosting provider (Hostinger), acting on our behalf. The file is kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted. You can ask to view, correct or delete it sooner by writing to contact@altystick.be.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter (a form offered in a window on the site), we keep your e-mail address, the language of the page, the date you signed up and the wording of the consent you ticked. Your address is only used to send you our news and offers by e-mail: it is never sold or passed on.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, without giving a reason. This data is hosted by Hostinger and passed to the tool we use to send the newsletter, both acting on our behalf. It is kept for as long as you stay subscribed and deleted as soon as you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe, use the link in every e-mail or write to contact@altystick.be.
